    Conditions to qualify:

    1. The session must be with the owner or a principal of the company. No lower-level staff. No estimators, purchasing folks or salespeople. Our coaching calls often include strategic recommendations that have enterprise-wide implications. As a result, we require this level of involvement.

    2. Please answer ALL questions on the Briefing Form to the best of your ability. I know it might seem like a lot but it will help me prepare for our conversation so that we don’t waste any time on the call and can get straight to actionable advice you can implement. Everything you say will remain confidential.
